The Gatsby Benchmarks are a framework of 8 guidelines defining the best careers provision in school and colleges. 


The Birkenhead Park School has the responsibility to provide students with a high quality careers programme, to help prepare students for their chosen pathway into further education, training and/or employment. BPS’ careers programme is produced from the Gatsby Benchmarks and constantly evaluated, to ensure we are inspiring students and raising their aspirations to be able to make well-informed choices about their future.
