A Fond Farewell to Our Year 11 Leavers

The Birkenhead Park School staff and students have come together for various celebratory events over the past few weeks to celebrate our exceptional Year 11 students. in a heartfelt Leavers’ Assembly.

Our Leavers’ Assembly was a truly special event filled with pride, reflection, and emotion. Staff and students gathered to celebrate the journey of our Year 11s, reflecting on their incredible growth and hard work over the years — especially during their demanding final year. From academic achievements to outstanding contributions to school life, a host of awards were presented to students, as well as other awards celebrating some very “memorable” events.

The celebrations continued at the Year 11 Prom, a night of glamour, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Our students arrived in style and dressed to impress, with the venue beautifully decorated to match the sense of occasion. It was a joyous evening filled with music, dancing, and heartfelt goodbyes. Staff and students alike cherished the chance to unwind and celebrate everything our Year 11s have achieved together.

Since joining Birkenhead Park School five years ago, this year group has impressed us all with their determination, maturity, and commitment. This year in particular, they rose to the challenges of GCSEs and revision with resilience and focus, always striving to do their best. Their efforts have been nothing short of inspirational.

We are so proud of everything they’ve accomplished and know they will go on to achieve even more in the future, whether they pursue college, apprenticeships, or other exciting opportunities.

While we will miss them dearly, we know this is just the beginning of their next chapter. We can’t wait to welcome them back on Results Day, Thursday 21st August 2025, from 9:00-11:00am, to celebrate their achievements once more.
