Primary children cook up a storm
20 October 2016
To support all the hard work they have been doing in school as part of their World War 1 project, they were set the task of cooking trench stew and shortbread.
The children all had lots of fun and produced some impressive meals to take back with them.
One of the Year 6 children said: “My shortbread smells delicious and I can’t wait to eat it. I am going to make this at home too!”
One of the teachers from Woodchurch Road Primary, Miss Russell was on her first visit to The Birkenhead Park School and was very impressed.
We look forward to welcoming the pupils back again in the future for more events and activities.
