Moving letter of thanks for Remembrance Day service praises everyone at BPS

November 11th can be an emotional day for many people, and the Birkenhead Park School always makes a special effort to remember those who have fallen in service of our country, not least those whose names adorn the walls of the school.

After a lovely assembly and private ceremony for guests from affiliations with BPS along with Rock Ferry High School, one attendee took to writing to Mrs Johnson to thank everyone involved in the day.

In the letter, the guest says how much of a privilege it was to be part of the service, and highlights the welcome he received, as well as the 'dignity and respect' in which the service was carried out.
