'What Next Fair' lets students explore options after GCSEs

The Birkenhead Park School’s ‘What Next Fair’ 2016 saw a host of educational institutions, businesses and other organisations come to the school to talk to year 11 students about their next step after GCSEs.

Visitors included Birkenhead Sixth Form College, where students can apply to take their A Levels next year, several Liverpool universities, the Armed Forces and a number of apprenticeships options within media, finance, sport and beauty therapy.

Over 25 stands were available for the students to talk to specialists in their specific fields and explore their post-16 options.
